**Duties**: - Serves as Facility Assistant in a fitness facility. Works under the direction of the Fitness Facility Manager. - Assists Facility Manager in the overall management and operation of a fitness facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory. Provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment facilities and machinery. - Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contracts. Conducts classes and walks all facility rooms to provide guidance or referral, as appropriate. - Assists with the publicity of programs and events. Assists with marketing of posters, flyers and other promotional material. - Issues and receives equipment to authorized users. Assists with the inventory of property. Monitors fitness equipment conditions; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement.
