**Your role**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated working student to join our Pharma Operation Department and provide support to our Product Quality Leads. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience within the pharmaceutical industry and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of product quality. Your duties will be: Prepare the final Annual reports according to the Global Product Assessment template, review the Global Product Assessment reports, contact to the Pharma Site Annual Product Representatives and gather the missing information, support Product Quality Leads by setting up meetings, preparing the meeting minutes, preparing the presentations or reports., collaborate with Product Quality Leads to support various tasks related to product quality managements and contribute to the monitoring and tracking of product quality metrics, analyzing trends and prepare the presentation to the management.
**Who you are**:
- Enrolled in a relevant scientific or pharmaceutical field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and drive topics on your own.
- Curious, proactive, comfortable working in a complex, multi-cultural environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems preferred but not required.
