Tasks
This is a high-velocity role for an intern who thinks like an operator and wants work with ownership and impact. You’ll collaborate with the founders on a daily basis working across all business operations, which you will co-develop and run for effectiveness and efficiency. You’ll learn how to build and scale an early-stage company with AI, modern tools, and a get-it-done-now mindset. The internship is 6 months long for you to get deeply into the business. You’ll be based in our Cologne office.
- Build and run the core business operations of Draxon
- Push AI-first automation into business operations workflows for maximum efficiency
- Conduct financial reporting, incl. accounting, controlling, reports
- Drive workforce operations, incl. systems, recruiting, onboarding
- Contribute to business development projects and strategic initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Structured, analytical, and hands-on — you get things done with mínimal guidance
- First experience in startups, consulting, finance, or operations is a plus
- Curious and proactive: you learn fast and enjoy wearing many hats
- Fluent in German and English
- Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools in daily work
