- Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und bist fachlich kompetent
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
Qualifikation
- Leidenschaft für Beauty und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden
- Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im Verkauf
- oder in der Beautybranche)
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service oder Kundenbetreuer (Aber auch Quereinsteiger sind Willkommen)
- Kreativität, Offenheit und ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein eigenständiger und proaktiver Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freundliches und offenes Auftreten gegenüber unserer Kunden
- Teamfähig und kommunikativ
