**Gruppenleiter Site Preparation (m/w/d) für Vantage Towers**

Denkst Du analytisch und systematisch? Verfügst Du über starke Führungsqualitäten? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Gruppenleiter Site Preparation (m/w/d). In Deiner Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die E2E Site Maintenance Aktivitäten im Vantage Towers Local Market in Deutschland.

**Das sind Deine Herausforderungen**:

- Du legst Meilensteine für die Bereitstellung von Wartungs
- und Leistungskennzahlen fest und überprüfst kontinuierlich die Erreichung der Ziele.
- Du schaffst einen einheitlichen Rahmen für die Berichterstattung und Statusverfolgung in den regionalen Teams.
- Du überwachst das Budget und ermittelst Möglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung und Verbesserung der betrieblichen Effizienz.
- Du verwaltest den Gesamt-RACI von Instandhaltungsprojekten.
- Du bist für das Prozessmanagement innerhalb der Instandhaltungsfunktion verantwortlich.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich des Netzbetriebes oder der Instandhaltung von Telekommunikationsnetzen oder in verwandten Branchen
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Infrastrukturunternehmen und ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der Mitarbeiterführung in einem betrieblichen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Führung eines Teams bei Veränderungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Instandhaltungsaktivitäten für den Telekommunikationsmarkt
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER)

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
