The Western Europe Treasury Sales Head will work closely with Commercial Banking’s top (platinum) clients & prospects, the leadership, sales, and product partners across the region. The incumbent will drive strategic market expansion, manage a team of high performing individuals and be a senior expert in their field. This is a team leader role with senior individual contributor aspects as well, expected to partner and influence decision makers across clients and within the bank with an aim to make Citi the go to international banking partner for our client segments. **Core Responsibilities**: Grow Western Europe presence in both existing markets - Nordics, Benelux, Iberia, Italy as well as new expansion markets Deliver on ambitious revenue growth Lead, grow, coach and mentor your team, providing them with the resources and guidance to bring the best out of them Drive strategic initiatives, new product commercialization and process rationalization to help grow revenues Become an expert on all treasury and cash management offerings both at the bank, and the broader market Lead critical sub-products/workstreams that are foundational pillars for success Work with management on planning, resourcing, and market expansion Evaluate issues to identify potential impact and take steps to mitigate, advise proactive solutions and develop an approach involving weighing of various alternatives. Provide solutions for all escalated client issues and co-ordinate resolution ensuring best possible client experience.
