As a Head of Business & Enterprise Applications (f/m/d) within the IT organization you are central to discovering and delivering scalable solutions that will boost the productivity and performance of our business functions like HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance etc.

The main objective of our Business and Enterprise Application domain is to maximize business productivity and compliance in order to drive the business performance of wefox, as well as to safeguard its scalability and growth.

**The role**:

- Drive the ERP implementation partner selection as IT owner together with the Finance (SAP S/4 Hana and HR (Workday) project leads and lead the implementation for IT hands-on.
- Establish a product team for Business and Enterprise Applications and engage cross-functional contributors
- Analyse risks in regards to data privacy, information security and FMA requirements and lead mitigation and remediation implementation jointly with respective 1st and 2nd line functions
- Capture business demands and requirements, and translate them into technology solutions which you implement in close collaboration with other IT product teams
- Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage
- Align the roadmap with the needs of the other IT product teams, in particular Workplace Technology to create a targeted work environment for the business users and Security to safeguard and protect our data
- Own and develop a change management plan, including communication and training to the respective business functions

**What you bring**:

- Sound business and functional expertise for Finance (incl. financial reporting standards e.g. IFRS) and HR
- Basic insurance or financial services industry expertise desired, also in terms of financial reporting standards e.g. IFRS 17
- 3+ years of product management experience working on IT products within FinTech, InsureTech, Financial Services or similar
- Hands-on experience in managing an ERP system implementation and rollout, ideally internationally and using a best-of-suite or best-of-breed approach
- Interest and ability to develop a thorough understanding of other business functions, e.g. Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, etc.
- Process mindset with expertise in business process design and implementation, e.g. background as a Consultant
- Ability to make product decisions based on qualitative customer and user insights and quantitative data
- A first-class stakeholder manager, with strong communication skills, the proven ability to explain complex topics and translate business into IT and vice versa
- Analytical mindset, you use data to make decisions
- Knowledge in cloud infrastructures, preferably AWS
- Fluency in spoken and written English. German, Spanish or Italian are a plus
