Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance that contributes to achieving business goals.
- Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Provide guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date.
- Assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
- Close collaboration with payrolling & payrolling provider to assure smooth processing
- Continuous improvement of HR processes & involvement in HR projects

What you bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience (6 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
