**The CORE (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) program will be a game changer for Bayer as we strive to become the best in class in the industry. It aims to develop an end-to-end (e2e) business, enabled by a state-of-the art and resilient tech backbone which enables Bayer to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers, suppliers and employees. CORE is a multi-year, strategic Business-led, IT-enabled global program that will facilitate our transformational journey. We are searching for passionate, diverse, and courageous people who want to be part of our cross-divisional and cross-functional team. We are looking for a HR intern (f/m/d) support and work with the global HR Talent Lead and CORE Leadership Team.**

**HR intern for Transformation program (f/m/d) (CORE)**

**What makes the program attractive? How do you set motivating incentives? How can we establish people development in such a program? You will work on these and other questions from day one as an intern in our highly committed team.**

**You will also gain an insight into the challenges of a globally operating group by actively participating.**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Further development and simplification of processes
- Systematic preparation of strategic topics
- Preparation of as-is analyses and the development of recommendations
- Contribution to and coordination within global teams
- Support in day-to-day business

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Strong interest in People and employee development/ recognition
- Initial experience in human resources through previous internships is desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in German is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Structured, independent way of working and good comprehension skills as well as a good degree of initiative and enthusiasm #LI-DE
