**HR intern for Transformation program (f/m/d) (CORE)**

**Are you passionate about agile ways of working? This is an opportunity to be part of a scaled agile transformation program with several Scrum teams. You will be able to support these teams with processes, methodology and best practices sharing. You will also gain an insight into the challenges of a globally operating group by actively participating in the Program PMO.**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support in day-to-day business of Agile Coaches within Program PMO
- Provide collaboration, facilitation, and coaching, supporting Scrum teams and the agile ways of working
- Prepare and (co)Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/retrospectives within the Program PMO team
- Support on Agile trainings development, preparation and conduction

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pragmatic (focus on getting the job done), structured, independent way of working and good comprehension skills as well as a good degree of initiative and enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal / servant leadership skills with ability to foresee potential conflict and bring existing conflicts to positive resolution
- Initial experience in Agile methodologies through previous experiences is desirable
