**Your mission**:
As a Client Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students to Schiller International University. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment and sales strategies to meet enrolment targets. This role requires a combination of interpersonal skills, marketing acumen, and a thorough understanding of the university's products, academic programs, sales tactics as well as admission requirements.

**Your profile**:
**1. Recruitment & Sales Strategies**:

- Implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of leads and prospective students.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with academic goals and priorities.
- Play a key role in maintaining prospective students motivated until pay of tuition fee process
- Coordinate the process from lead generation up, gathering documents, sales up until the onboarding

**2. Information Dissemination**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the university's academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life to prospective students and their families.

**4. Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, prospective student interactions, and outreach efforts.
- Analyse data in Salesforce to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

**5. Admissions Event Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate admissions events, such as open day, campus tours, and orientation programs, to give prospective students an immersive experience of university life.

**6. Collaboration with Marketing and Product**
- Work closely with the marketing and Product team on promotional materials, social media campaigns, and other communication strategies to enhance the university's visibility.

**7. Compliance**:

- Work Closely with compliance to ensure that the right documents are submitted and take control over post acceptance action plans

**8. Events**:Attend recruitment events locally, and internationally to expand the university's reach and attract a diverse student population.

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration)
- 3 years proven sales experience and demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, admission processes, and academic programs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in recruitment, admissions, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience in Salesforce and CRM tools
- Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency.
- Local language: German
