We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who will take develop our brand to a new market. By joining our team, you will be directly responsible for both selling our products and building a team in Lipsk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being in charge of all sales operations on German market,
- Sales team recruitment and development on German market,
- Sales of our semester courses, demo lessons and other products (we are working mostly on warm bases),
- Adjusting our offer for our clients needs,
- Active participation in our international meetings of Sales teams,
- Customer service for active clients.

**Requirements**:

- at least 3 years of experience in sales,
- experience in sales of the products over the phone,
- proven experience in managing a team and recruitment of new people,
- native German language skills,
- English proficiency, allowing you to communicate clearly with other team members (B2)
- analytical skills,
- you know key elements of building long-lasting relationships with clients,
- you are an open and communicative person.

Nice to have:

- Polish language skills.
