As the Team Lead Brand Protection, you will drive our efforts to help our brand partners protect their intellectual property, build their trust on our platform and, as a result, delight our customer with an authentic and trustworthy shopping experience. In order to deliver this, you will enable your team to jointly steer scalable internal processes and partner-facing solutions' development in close collaboration with multiple teams in Zalando, including our Central Legal, Corporate Governance, Tech and partner-facing teams. **INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN**: **WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**: - Owning the strategic agenda in implementing our platform's Brand Protection framework, prioritising initiatives and defining the roadmap - Defining the success criteria, KPIs and governance for Brand Protection - Designing and implement processes and solutions to protect our platform from fraud and counterfeited products, monitor for infringements to brand and IP rights and resolve incidents - Continuously striving to improve new and existing Brand Protection processes, ensuring scalability, automation and performance tracking, and incorporation of new applicable regulations - Fostering relationships and ways of working optimisation with key stakeholders, including Legal, Tech and Product, Operations teams - Advocating and contributing to the Zalando-wide prioritisation and improvement of Brand Protection initiatives **WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE**: - At least 6 years of proven relevant experience in a similar role, being exposed to Brand Protection, IP rights and/or fraud or counterfeit prevention topics, with a focus on eCommerce or online platform environment; - A Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management or Legal topics - Strong leadership skills backed with a hands-on mentality - Experience in using technology and collaborate with Technology and Product team to drive automation, scalability and efficiency; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a curious and self-starter mindset to enable active collaboration across multiple teams, seniority and diverse professional backgrounds - A great sense of ownership, problem-solving skills and focus on high-quality results **OUR OFFER**: Zalando provides a range of benefits, here's an overview of what you can expect.
