- Steuerung und Koordination des operativen Recruitment-Prozesses
- Prüfen und Bewerten von Testergebnissen und Bewerbungsunterlagen im Rahmen der Kandidatenvorauswahl
- Leitung und Durchführung des Auswahltages, gemeinsam mit dem Auswahlgremium
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Abstimmungsrunden mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Recruitment-Veranstaltungen, Messen und Events
- Steuerung/Abstimmung u. Planung aller Personalbeschaffungsmaßnahmen (Ausschreibung, Definition Focus Marketingmaßnahmen und Events)
- Erstellung von Prozess-Dokumentationen und Reportings

Das suchen wir:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Human Resources oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung als HR-Business Partner (m/w/d) sowie Erfahrungen im Personalwesen
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Arbeitsrecht, Personalentwicklung und Vergütung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP sowie Google Suite wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit um sich mit unterschiedlichen Organisationseinheiten und externen Partnern abzustimmen

- Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
