**Job Description**:
We are looking for a proven Brand builder with a solid track record, and a passion for travel to join our fantastic team in Berlin. Post-pandemic, Omio is focusing on getting our fellow travelers back out into the world. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll help in accelerating the definition and growth of Data infrastructure, modeling and insights to continue the journey of Omio as a data-driven company:
**Engaged as the VP, Data and Analytics at Omio, you will**
- Be the ultimate champion of Data at Omio
- Define the data strategy to fulfill Omios roadmaps and ambitions, thinking of present and more importantly future needs.
- Manage a team of 20+, between BI, Data Science, Analytics and Architecture.
- Define and create a scalable data architecture and infrastructure.
- Consolidate and normalize company KPI definitions, so every team is speaking the same language.
- Create the proper data flow to enable analysts and departments to generate reports and create insights that can drive the business to the next level.
- Manage stakeholders needs and prioritizing based on business impact.
- Partner with the rest of the leadership team to build Omios company strategy.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- Having 15+ Years of experience in data coming from a Data Science, Bi or engineering background.
- Having led comprehensive data teams in high fast pace and agile organizations.
- Having a clear track record on shaping data infrastructure and enabling companies for growth from architecture to final insights.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders to collaborate and empower our data efforts
- You have a strong connection on how data influences the business from Marketing, Product to our financial results.
- Collaborative leadership skills
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus
