**YOUR ROLE**

As a Head of / VP -Data Experience you will ensure that data-driven insights inform strategic decisions while managing programs efficiently to deliver results across the e-commerce organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and develop a high-performing BI & Data Visualisation team
- Design and implement BI strategies that enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
- Utilize your expertise in SQL and data management to oversee our DWH operations and ensure data integrity & accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to provide data-driven insights that support business objectives
- Champion best practices in data analysis, presenting findings in a clear and impactful manner to diverse audiences

**YOUR PROFILE**

To succeed in this role you:

- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, with a proven track record of leading analyst teams for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of database management & optimisation
- Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, though familiarity with other tools is also valuable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- A proactive approach with high independence and personal responsibility
