**We are seeking for**:

To support the Student Services department, we are looking for a student assistant (gn*) at the earliest possible date. The workload is designed for approximately 20 hours per week which is compensated with EUR 15 per hour.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Be the friendly face of Student Services: provide personal consultation and support for (international) students at the Student Info Point.
- Help students navigate university life: answer inquiries related to Student Affairs (e.g. Student Services, International Office, Program Services).
- Foster community spirit: organize and promote extracurricular events, from on-campus meetups to virtual meetings (occasional evening & weekend work is required, depending on event schedules).
- Handle administrative tasks: issue certificates, conduct research, and assist in daily operations.
- Assist with accommodation matters: support international students in finding and settling into their new homes.

**Your qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled at a state-recognized university.
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken); German is a plus
- Friendly, service-oriented, and confident in interacting with diverse groups.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in your work approach.
- Team player with a proactive and engaging attitude.
- Availability at our KLU campus (role requires physical presence).
- Flexible availability: occasional evenings & weekends for events.
