From organizing events to preparing presentations, from coordinating meetings to jumping into spontaneous projects – you’re the glue that holds it all together. Your Responsibilities Support the team of EIH in day-to-day operations and strategic initiativesPrepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, and eventsConduct research and create presentations or reportsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholdersTake ownership of ad-hoc tasks and mini-projects Your qualifications Strong organizational and communication skillsA hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to learnCuriosity for entrepreneurship, innovation, and educationFluency in English (German is a plus)Enrollment as a regular student at a state-recognized universityAvailability on-site and flexibility to work occasionally in the evenings and at weekends (room handovers, accompanying excursions and events) We offer At the EIH, you won’t just be a cog in the wheel – you’ll be a co-creator.
