**About the role**

We are looking for a proactive and curious Junior People Operations & Finance Associate to support and grow our internal operations. This role is designed for someone eager to learn across multiple areas, from finance and people operations to office and event coordination. You’ll partner directly with our Head of Operations, taking ownership of the systems that power our company behind the scenes. You’ll drive critical workflows across finance, compliance, vendor coordination, people operations and internal tools - making sure everything runs smoothly as we scale. We are growing fast, so this role can grow with your interests over time, whether you want to deepen expertise in finance or people operations, or continue developing as a broad operations generalist.

**What you’ll do**
- Support invoicing, bookkeeping, and vendor payments
- Assist with onboarding, contracts, and internal documentation
- Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and vendor relationships
- Organize meetings, team events, and company offsites
- Handle ad hoc operational tasks and internal process improvements
- Maintain HR records and support people-related requests

**What we’re looking for**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, admin, HR, or business support
- Organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Clear communicator who works well across teams
- Comfortable with shifting tasks and priorities
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and basic HR or finance tools
- Fluent in English and conversational German (B1/B2 - this is necessary to communicate with external vendors, bookings etc.)
