**Tasks**: - You assist the company’s rapid expansion and provide strategic advice on all contractual and regulatory matters pertaining to payment services to our company’s Payments division. - In order to support our numerous e-commerce products, you will collaborate closely with the Payments team to implement payment and FinTech solutions. - You oversee the committees of the Payment company. - You draught, structure, and negotiate payment contracts with the company’s payment providers, including, for example, payment gateway contracts, acquiring contracts, debt collection contracts, Buy Now Pay Later contracts, and other alternative payment methods. - You are in high demand for your industry-specific knowledge, financial/payment expertise, and negotiating skills. You represent the legal/political community. - You have control over lobbying activities and remarks, as well as communications with national and international regulatory bodies. - In collaboration with the treasury team, you can also be in charge of financing concerns for the company Group from a legal standpoint (namely loan agreements, factoring, and reverse factoring) if you have the necessary knowledge and interest. **Qualifications**: - You have successfully completed state examinations, preferably with the grade "completely satisfactory". - You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience (financial regulation/payments), such as in a major international law firm, a multinational corporation, or FinTech. - You have gained experience in corporate finance (optional). - You have excellent knowledge of English. - You enjoy taking on new challenges, acting quickly and strategically, and managing.
