Damit steigen die Komplexität und die Anforderungen an das Management. Daher suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Legal Counsel (w/m/d) mit direkter Berichtslinie zum CEO.
Aufgaben
- Als Senior Legal Counsel (w/m/d) beraten Sie das Management und die Geschäftseinheiten unseres Mandanten in allen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
- Sie identifizieren rechtliche Risiken und definieren Strategien zur Risikominderung und erarbeiten Lösungen.
- In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie den Roll-Out und die Anpassung des gruppenweiten Compliance Programms in Deutschland.
- Die Überprüfung von Verträgen und internen Richtlinien sowie die Sensibilisierung und Schulung von Führungskräften gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Qualifikation
- Sie sind Volljurist und bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Anwalt oder Legal Counsel mit.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, Handelsrecht, Sozialrecht (SGB), Gesellschaftsrecht und Compliance sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Ihre strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche sowie ziel
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie können komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppenadäquat und emphatisch kommunizieren. Deutsch beherrschen Sie auf Niveau C2, Englisch auf Niveau B2.
