Proclinical are recruiting an Associate Director Segment Marketing Oncology for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and allows for remote-based working. The client is focused on developing a better comprehension of genomics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess prospects and execute influential methodical programs and campaigns to increase consciousness and acceptance of the company's products to infiltrate the oncology market in EMEA.
- To upsurge system placements and reagent utilisation, you will evolve scientific and clinical proof points.
- You will qualify and outline cooperation prospects at tactical account.
- Evaluate market possibilities and line the company initiatives with the company's strategic position, initiative implementation of short and long-term methods with clear milestones and activity plans.
- Guarantee sub-local alignment around sales messaging, client aiming, use cases as well as market sub-section prioritisation.
- To accomplish objectives and stay abreast of genomic market trends, you will form and handle close relations with KOLs and organisation influencers.
- Willing to travel for business needs up to 30% of the time.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in a Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a similar scientific discipline.
- Fluency in at least either French, German, Italian and/or Spanish.
