We are looking for a Head of Regional Product Management RTC who is responsible for our global team of regional RTC product managers.

**Your responsibilities**:

- In your role as Head of Regional Product Management RTC you coordinate the activities of the various Product Managers in the different regions worldwide.
- You focus on the needs of our customers reg. our product offering for the realtime ECU market (EB tresos and zentur).
- You understand the customers’ needs to position our product line successfully.
- You are aligning the customers’ requirements and platform milestones from the various regions with our product development team.
- You consolidate the input from the different regions and form the basis for an overall planning, taking into consideration relevant technical and commercial aspects.
- You take care about all related sales material.
- You are responsible to train and support Sales on how to present and sell our products.
- You support Product Marketing in launching and advertising our products.

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree in computer sciences, automotive engineering or similar.
- You are experienced in the automotive industry.
- You are experienced with the AUTOSAR standard.
- You have experiences in leading teams.
- You have experience either as product or project manager or as a technical expert.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- You have strategic and operational skills.
- For the communication with our customers as well as our colleagues, you have excellent intercultural and communication skills.
- You have very good English skills. German skills are a plus.
