**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, the Director of Implementation Services will lead a team of experienced consultants, trainers and business analysts who are focused on enabling our customers to derive value from their SaaS purchase.
The Director - EMEA Implementation Services oversees a team of high performing consultants, trainers and business analysts who are tasked with delivering multiple, complex SaaS implementation projects for our customers. The Director will also be tasked with creating a scalable, consistent implementation framework that can be executed across Revalize’s entire product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, organize, direct, and manage a team of high performing consultants, trainers and business analysts
- Ensure implementation projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Facilitates ongoing resource planning to ensure team maintains appropriate levels of billable utilization
- Identifies process improvement initiatives to optimize and scale our implementation and services sales capability
- Track, forecast and measure billable utilization of the implementation team against established targets; ensure efficient deployment of consultants and their workload
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows and own opportunities to improve, automate, and scale
**Qualifications**:
Experience and competencies
- 7-10+ years leading a Professional Services team responsible for multiple concurrent implementation projects
- Ability to create a repeatable implementation framework that drives consistency and operational excellence.
- Experience in M&A activity and a strong ability to integrate diverse teams and individuals towards a common goal.
- Business systems experience in key Professional Services tools: Salesforce, OpenAir, etc
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Experience with PLM software implementations is preferred.
