Intern / Working Student, Tender Administrator

We are a growing team looking for a Working Student / Intern, Tender Administrator to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our Central Operations team in the Berlin or Bucharest office.

The Tender Administration Team plays a crucial role in the Pricing and Tender team, cross-coordinates within our Sales departments and pricing specialists while keeping great attention to detail in order to meet the needs of customers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Support our tender managers and sales representatives in tender administration processes
- Review and correct kilometer calculations and other factors produced by the internal and external systems
- Review and organize tender-related documents and contracts
- Improve and thrive for automation in the current manual tender administration processes
- Prepare final tender offers for our customers in the required formats

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE
- Previous experience in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with CRM (particularly Salesforce) would be highly valuable
- Bias for action while keeping an open eye for improvement and automation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian or Latvian
- Ability to problem solve and great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize efficiently when having multiple tasks at the same time
