We are currently on the look out for a working student to join our Information Security team at Exasol. The team is small but dynamic, getting involved in multiple aspects of information security. The working student would be part of this team, helping to not only learn about the world of information security but be responsible for looking after and driving certain topics. **Key responsibilities**: - Supporting the Head of Information Security in creating operationally efficient ways of working within the team - Working closely with our senior security engineer in assessing threats, vulnerabilities and learning techniques to respond and recover from security events - Re-designing and supporting the collection and presentation of relevant data for the organization, including introducing new relevant training content on a quarterly basis - Building and running a regular newsletter, assessing the industry for translatable and relevant topics **Your profile**: - A real drive to get involved in multiple initiatives - Interest in the world of information security, particularly knowledge of new threats that might be important for our organisation - Basic knowledge of information security concepts such as risk, encryption, vulnerability management, secure software development (SSDLC, DevSecOps etc.) - Knowledge of O365 products **Exasol Perks & Benefits**: - **Own Your Impact**: At Exasol, you are not just a cog in the machine; you will step into immediate ownership of projects, driving them forward with a refreshing level of autonomy.
