Als Solution Architect (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Definition der globalen PLM-Roadmap, der Systemanforderungen, der Evaluierung von Technologien sowie der Entwicklung von Lösungen, um LIXILs PLM-Strategie zu unterstützen und den geschäftlichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der globalen PLM-Leitung bei der Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Strategien sowie einer mehrjährigen Technologieroadmap für PLM
- Definition der Systemanforderungen für PLM auf Basis von Geschäftszielen, Nutzerbedürfnissen und regulatorischen Vorgaben
- Evaluierung und Empfehlung geeigneter PLM-Technologien, Plattformen und Tools zur Erreichung der Architekturziele
- Definition der PLM-Systemarchitektur und ihrer Komponenten (z. B. Datenmodelle, Workflows, Benutzeroberflächen)
- Design und Implementierung von Integrationen zwischen PLM und Enterprise-Systemen wie PDM, CAx, PPM, PIM
- Anwendung und Sicherstellung der LIXIL-Architektur
- und Data-Governance-Standards für globale Konsistenz und Wartbarkeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung von Geschäftsanforderungen, technischen Lösungen und PLM-Strategie
- Zusammenarbeit mit der IT zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit des PLM-Systems (z. B. Wartung, Updates, Patches)
- Überwachung relevanter KPIs im Zusammenhang mit dem PLM-Betrieb und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Bedarf
- Durchführung von Systemanalysen zur Leistungsoptimierung
- Übernahme technischer Führungsverantwortung sowie fachliche Anleitung des Entwicklungsteams (Application Consultants)
- Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Daten-Governance-Vorgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets
- Erfahrung mit führenden PLM-Plattformen, insbesondere S/4HANA PLM und S/4 ECTR
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemarchitektur
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von PLM-Konzepten und Best Practices
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung komplexer, verteilter PLM-Systeme
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemdesign, insbesondere in Bezug auf Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. Google Cloud)
- Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Sicherheitsstandards und Datenmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere SAP Basis und der S/4HANA Suite
- Praxiserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Unternehmenslösungen über vollständige Projektlebenszyklen hinweg, idealerweise in mehreren PLM-Modulen
- Fähigkeit zur Koordination mehrerer paralleler Arbeitsströme
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum
- Programmierkenntnisse in einschlägigen Sprachen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
