**Aufgaben**
- Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
- Kontenabstimmung und Kontenpflege
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Head of Administration in den Bereichen Finance, Legal und HR
- Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, zusammenfassenden Meldungen und Meldungen im Außenwirtschaftsverkehr
- Laufende Buchhaltungstätigkeiten in der Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlussprüfungen - in diesem Rahmen Ansprechpartner*in für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
- Erstellung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Kundenrechnungen
- Mitarbeit bei Exportgenehmigungen nach vorheriger Einarbeitung durch Kollegen
- Klärung fachlicher und rechtlicher Fragestellungen im Bereich Verwaltung insbesondere Finanzen und Steuern (internationale Steuerkenntnisse wünschenswert)
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Rechnungswesen
- Mitarbeit bei Controlling
- und Qualitätsmanagement

**Anforderungen**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung: Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Jahresabschlusserstellung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
- Sichere Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagement und Eigeninitiative, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
