- We’re looking for a Sustainable Finance Head for UBS Europe SE:
- follow sustainable finance market and regulatory developments as well as emerging risks in Europe to translate their impact for our businesses and group functions located in UBS Europe SE.
- work closely with our key experts in the global Chief Sustainability Office to ensure the impact of European developments is well understood and aligned with the groupwide strategy
- stay at the front of market and regulatory developments to provide the UBS Europe SE and broader global UBS perspective
- help UBS Europe SE shape developments in a way that allows the financial sector to support clients in their own transition. Thus, the scope of the topics may extend beyond financial sector
- support the group Chief Sustainability Office to ensure a cohesive firmwide sustainability strategy that also meets the need of UBS Europe SE and its markets

**Your team**
- You’ll be working for the Group Chief Sustainability Office but embedded in the UBS Europe SE management office in one of the UBS Europe SE locations. As the lead on Sustainable Finance for UBS Europe SE you will play an important role in helping shape UBS Europe SE’s business and regulatory strategy and engagement with policymakers, regulators, standard setters and industry bodies in Europe.
- The Chief Sustainability Office (CSO) is responsible for the implementation of the UBS Group Executive Board-sponsored sustainability and impact strategy. This includes the implementation of sustainability-related projects such as firm’s commitment to Net Zero and Principles for Responsible Banking, as well as engaging with external partners. In your role you’ll interact closely with different teams within Group Sustainability and Social Impact area, as well as other UBS business divisions and control functions.

**Your expertise**
- experience in sustainability and sustainable finance policy and regulation
- ability to analyse market and regulatory trends and translate into impactful messages
- inquisitive mind and willingness to explore new topics
- strong knowledge of financial products, services and regulation relevant for UBS Europe SE
- background in law, policy, or investments required
- experience in dealing with European regulators will be a plus
- strong oral and written presentation skills
