**Research Associate**:
- full-time (100 %)
**Your tasks**:
- Research in the field of ageing and psychic diseases
- Molecular and neurobiological work
- Teaching in pharmacology, toxicology and in clinical pharmacy
- Participation in examinations in pharmacology, toxicology and clinical pharmacy
- General administrative tasks such as human resources
**Your profile**:
- In addition to the general requirements according to public services law, applicants must meet the recruitment requirements stipulated in - 57 of the _Hochschulgesetz_ of Rhineland-Palatinate.
- A successfully completed scientific university degree in pharmacy, pharmacology, or neurobiology, along with a PhD in pharmacology and toxicology or neurobiology
- Comprehensive knowledge:
- in neurobiological methods such as patch clamp, preparation of primary brain slices and working with stem cells advantageous
- of both written and spoken German and familiarity with scientific terminology
- of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge and experience in academic teaching in pharmacology and toxicology or clinical pharmacy
- Knowledge in the organization and supervision of the pharmacological demonstration course or courses in the field of clinical pharmacy desirable
- Knowledge and experience in peer-reviewed publications desirable
