Global Business Process Owner

This position will have a main role in implementing a new ERP SaaS solution within all Uponor divisions with the focus on the stream Forecast to Warehouse.

In this role, remote work from any Uponor location is assured, but will require travelling.

What will you do:
- Definition of E2E process, governance, and strategy on global level- Manages a global business process and drives global adoption according to Uponor standards- Drives and ensures implementation of global processes in new areas with early involvement- Oversees incident and issue management and ensures corresponding continual improvements- Leads process managers / functional process owners within the E2E process- Ensures needed competencies and their development within the process and makes sure the process managers / function process owners understand what is expected from them- Ensures E2E alignment across organization within the core processes- Ensures compliance and adherence with process by ensuring that sufficient documentation, instructions, tools, and training are available- Sets the targets for development of a process, prioritize initiatives, and own the improvement portfolio- Drives and owns process development including continual improvement based on performance metrics- Drives overall process awareness, creates, and executes communication to stakeholders- Is the contact towards other process owners, development teams and line organization- Participates and contributes to the process’ governance/network-
- Collaborate with Cross-stream Business Architecture and the other BPO´s ensuring Business Processes are aligned between each other and documented according to ISO standards

What will you need:
- At least 8 years of executive experience in management positions with strong focus on construction industry and/or Professional Services or similar- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline with an information technology focus or comparable practical business experience- Data-driven and adept at setting up and tracking relevant KPIs that serve as foundation for continuous improvement-
- Strong skills in analyzing business requirements- Strong ability to lead and drive change in a complex environment- Strong ability to build top performing and engaged global teams- Prepared to report directly to and work closely with our Board
