For our Finance Solutions department in Frankfurt am Main (Airport/Gateway Gardens) we are looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a Process Owner Leasing Integration (f/m/d).

In this role you will manage, develop and lead a group of experienced Process Managers.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Close cooperation with Process Owner Sales Leasing and Global Process Owner Lease Accounting & Reporting to design and implement integrated and standardized end-to-end lease accounting and reporting processes
- Design, maintenance and enhancement of an end-to-end process model, incl. oversight of implementation (via Process Manager and other involved stakeholders)
- Represent end-to-end process perspective in global initiatives and projects for designated area, i.e. evaluating process change impacts
- Promote consistency and uniform strategic processes which are aligned with the business strategy
- Represent and discuss solution with stakeholder in the organization
- Closely coordinate all aspects of designing and operating the solution with Process Manager
- Secure ICS- and governance conformity with respective units
- Point of contact for all stakeholders in the KION organization and Business Transformation initiative for all matters concerning lease accounting and reporting integration.

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in financial functions and project environment
- You have a University degree in business administration, economics or business informatics
- You have sound knowledge of IFRS, including comprehensive understanding of lessor accounting
- You have deep knowledge of SAP core modules FI / CO and their integration into adjoining SAP business modules
- You have strong communication and convincing presentation skills in English, both verbal and written
- You have a high level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- You are able to work under pressure and you have strong social competence and intercultural sensitivity
- You have affinity to innovation and challenging the status quo.
