As our **Team Lead - Process Management (m/w/d)** you’ll ensure sustainable and effective Process Management. In addition, you’ll oversee the maintenance and development of the company-wide system for managing business processes, documents, audits and risks.

**Your tasks**
- Responsibility for the company-wide process landscape and cross-departmental alignment and coordination
- Leading the Process Management Team
- Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of business processes supporting departments in identifying and implementing trends and improvements
- Support the respective functions in the organization by coordinating the implementation and further development of a suitable system for the effective management of business processes, documents, audits and risks
- Measure and evaluate process and system optimization, contribute to management reporting and reviews
- Cooperate closely with the Quality Management Team in documenting and improving processes and documentation
- Work together with the Compliance Team to ensure alignment with the Internal Control System
- Ensure awareness of Process Management and the management system in the company
- Support internal and external audits and inquiries
- Support the Head of Quality & Accreditation in identifying and achieving departmental objectives and strategies

**Your profile**
- Successful degree (Master/Diploma desirable) in process management or comparable degree or professional experience
- Expertise as a businesss process professional, proven by an appropriate certification (ABPMP, Lean BPM, Six Sigma or similar)
- Experienced in managing management tools and related improvement projects (ARIS and related qualification desirable)
- Experienced in leading teams
- Knowledge of ISO and industry standards, including integrated management systems and tools desirable
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong communication skills with an ability to present problems in a clear and methodical way
- Very good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strategic thinking with a structured and target-oriented way of working
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative
- Outstanding relationship-builder and communicator, both internally and externally
- Ability to work in multinational, interdisciplinary teams
- Modern leadership style and excellent leadership skill set
