**Deine Mission**: Als VP Marketing & Sales sorgst du mit deinem Team für die Gewinnung von Neukunden und die langfristige Bindung von Bestandskunden. Von A wie Acquisition über CRM und SEO bis zu Z wie zielgruppenspezifisches Targeting deckst du die volle Brandbreite des Online Marketings ab. Social Media Advertising und bist Teil unseres Strategieteams - Dabei verfolgst du unsere globale Vision „We empower happier lives“ - Du wirst ein kleines Inhouse-Team coachen, managen und motivieren und unsere Outsourcing Partner, bestehend aus Berliner Top-Agenturen und internationalen Teams, steuern - Du erstellst, analysierst und optimierst die Marketingstrategie von adviqo für den gesamten DACH-Raum - Du entwickelst strategische und zielgruppenspezifische Marketing-Maßnahmen und verantwortest die erfolgreiche Umsetzung - Du entwickelst und optimierst unser Affiliate Partner Program - Du steigerst den generierten Traffic und die Conversion Rate auf unseren Plattformen und erschließt neue Kanäle zur Erhöhung unserer Reichweiten - Du stimmst dich eng mit Kolleg:innen des VP/Director-Levels ab und reportest direkt an den CEO - Du tauschst dich regelmäßig innerhalb der Ingenio Group aus, um durch Best Practises unsere globalen Marketing-Projekte zu unterstützen - Du wirst unsere Core Values „We are humble“ „We think like owners“ & „We challenge limiting beliefs“ leben und weitergeben **Dein Profil**: - Du hast einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss, vorzugsweise mit Marketing-Bezug - Weiterhin bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabenbereich mit - Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Subscription-Modellen & App-Produkten gesammelt - Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Leadposition und verstehst es, dein Team zu motivieren, zu coachen und voranzugehen - Daten und Kennzahlen analysieren, aufbereiten und präsentieren, kannst du im Schlaf - Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse (C1 Niveau) **Unsere Benefits & Arbeitsweise**: Bei uns ist jede:r einzelne Mitarbeiter:in wichtig.
