We are currently looking for a VP Revenue to support our EMEA growth: own and maximise our customer acquisition performance and revenue engine via our Sales and Marketing team. VP Revenue is a core leadership role for EMEA region, driving revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales & marketing efficiency and determine growth goals.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Build highly effective and scalable sales and marketing teams to sustain Habyt’s growth trajectory.
- Create and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with short, medium and long term business objectives.
- Build performance marketing strategies to drive interest and traffic towards our services, ensuring conversion
- Design a sales process and team able to keep our portfolio at high occupancy and revenue.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate our marketing and sales strategy, team and processes.
- Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, maintain and leverage data and analytics for performance assessment and decision making
- Work cross-functionally to ensure communication alignment, operational coordination and target achievement.
- Partake in senior leadership discussions to evaluate results and discuss future plans
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience growing a revenue division across multiple markets within a high growth start-up environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication skills
- Great strategic planning, organisational, and creative thinking skills
