We’re searching for a **Head of Operations in Europe** to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

In this role, you will be accountable for Locke apartments (including apartments in pre-opening phase in partnership with the NHOPS director). You will lead our Operational Management Team to deliver edyn principles through our brands, whilst also ensuring that your teams are nurtured to become creators of authentic experiences and sanctuaries for our guests

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- People Management, including the coaching and leadership of our Management Team to ensure we use our intuition to curate memorable experiences
- Ensuring you understand and drive the differences in each brand supporting guest preference from life in all modes for Cove, to brand defining activations in Locke
- Working with the Talent team to recruit high calibre individuals who help drive the business forward
- You will ensure our managers immerse themselves and their teams into the local community to collaborate with local businesses
- Working with Central Support Teams you will ensure that we consistently deliver the guest experience through a combination of human hosts with virtual support across Europe; ensuring all guest queries are provided and answered in an efficient and effective way
- Ensure strong and regular communication with your teams with a high level of leadership and engagement in-line with the edyn values
- Ensuring our managers are upskilled in problem solving, with the ability to assess and resolve situation within a quick and thorough manner
- You will ensure all of our team seeking new and smarter ways to deliver soulful hospitality to our guests through creativity and innovation.

**Who you are.**
- Previous experience of leading a large team is essential, you will also have excellent management and leadership skills
- Hospitality experience is essential
- Proficient in written and spoken English language
- Customer Service Skills
- Highly proficient with IT systems and software (including Microsoft Office)
- Commercially aware, with strong sales abilities and attention to detail
- An effective communicator with a brain built for analysis and problem-solving

**Our natural habitat.**

We believe in working flexibly - this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information.

Your base location would ideally be in either Berlin, Munich or London. For this role, you will be required to work a minimum of 2 days a week in London. Travel to our sites across the Europe will be required. Our core working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
