**Who you are**:
- You hold an academic degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- You possess a strong command of English and German, both spoken and written.
- You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communications, preferably in HR or related fields.
- You demonstrate solid project management expertise and digital skills, including knowledge of AI in communications.
- You understand HR practices and can translate complex concepts into clear communications.
- You have experience managing communication platforms and tools focused on employee engagement and change management.
- You are an inspiring leader with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
- You excel in written and verbal communication, crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
