**To start as soon as possible, Part time (20 hours / week), Fixed Term**

**Your future plans**
- You will support the development of modelling-based trading strategies in multiple markets
- This support will involve the entire chain in strategy design from data-getting, model selection and calibration, product valuation and management as well as the visualization and communication of results
- Tracking of model quality and strategy performance and subsequent improvements of models and design

**Your powerful skills**
- Seeking a student in the field of mathematics / natural sciences, IT or economics with a focus on finance; strong analytical and mathematical skills are a must
- Programming skills, preferably in Python and SQL; familiarity with data platforms such as Dremio, Databricks are desirable
- Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a result-oriented team environment
- Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written

**Advantageous but not a must**
- Some practical experience with financial markets and/or familiarity with energy commodity markets
