WAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN?
- Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und des Nachhaltigkeitsplans
- Monitoring, Controlling und Reporting der Nachhaltigkeitsziele sowie Potentialanalyse und Szenarien
- Entwicklung eines Maßnahmenkatalogs und einer Verstetigungsstrategie hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit, Zirkularität, soziale ‎Verantwortung, Umwelt
- und Klimaschutz
- Übernahme der Aufgaben eines Energiemanagementbeauftragten nach ISO 50001 ‎
- Aufbau eines Reportings und Reporting von Indikatoren an die Behörden / gesetzliche Berichtspflichten
- Erstellen von Berichten im Bereich Energie
- und Umweltmanagement und der Energie
- und Treibhausgasbilanz
- Funktionale Führung des Energieteams und Ansprechpartner am deutschen Standort für Sustainabilty und ‎Energiemanagement
- Durchführung von Audits im Bereich ISO 50001 bzw. ISO 14001‎
- Mitarbeit in lokalen und internationalen Sustainability Projekten und Stakeholderbeteiligung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in ‎Umwelt
- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder Naturwissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Energiemanagement
- Ausgeprägte quantitative und qualitative Analysefähigkeiten ‎sowie Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- ‎Strukturierte, präzise und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine „can do“-Mentalität in einem internationalen ‎Umfeld
- Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Gründlichkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrener Umgang mit MS Office-Tools, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
