**Deine Aufgaben**:
The following tasks may be in your responsibility
- Initiate strategic partnerships with businesses that have a large client base among local merchants (PoS providers, booking and reservation platforms, wholesalers, etc)
- Lead partnership campaigns and build a partnership team when needed
- Transform partnerships into execution plans
- Work closely together with our Head of Growth, Director of Sales and the management to define the most successful partnership approach with each and every business partner
- Establish, maintain, and grow partnerships and alliances with accountability for overall goals delivery and with focus on business strategy and relationship management
- Provide a single point-of-contact for partner management, facilitate efficient and effective communication, ensuring partner needs are communicated internally and addressed appropriately
- Follow an analytical approach to understand business needs and make data-driven decisions, while deducting clear requirements for different areas and defining measures for implementation

**Dein Profil**:

- 5+ years experience in a partnership, business development or in a similar role in digital tech companies / startups
- Working experience in the local ecosystem (e.g. POS, Online Ordering) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage end-to-end partnerships
- Experience in managing teams and stakeholders and a proven track record in delivering projects with interdisciplinary teams
- Fast-paced startups: you love adapting to different situations, and you know how and when to iterate fast and with high quality
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial drive as well as dealmaking skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ownership: you easily communicate ideas, implement them, and take responsibility for your actions
- Business fluent in English, German is beneficial
