Your seat to fill:
Lead the global graphic design function, delivering impactful visual assets across all brand touchpointsTranslate strategic objectives into strong, distinctive creative concepts that reinforce brand identityOversee the creation of impactful marketing materials (e.g. catalogs, POS assets, packaging, digital content, campaign visuals etc.) and visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Product, Fashion Design, and Brand Portfolio—to ensure cohesive and effective storytellingGuide and mentor an international team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellenceManage external creative partners and agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality standardsDrive continuous innovation in design while balancing timelines, budgets, and resourcesStay current with trends in design, fashion, and branding to inform and inspire creative directionYour stroll to CYBEX:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldSeveral years of relevant professional experience with a strong portfolio across print, digital, and spatial designProven leadership experience in creative or design team management within international environmentsAdvanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), paired with strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detailExperience working in or with editorial fashion magazines is highly desirableFluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantageConfident working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic settingStrategic mindset paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented approachPassionate about design as a tool for emotional connection and brand differentiationCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
