Your seat to fill: Lead the global graphic design function, delivering impactful visual assets across all brand touchpoints Translate strategic objectives into strong, distinctive creative concepts that reinforce brand identity Oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials (e.g. catalogs, POS assets, packaging, digital content, campaign visuals etc.) and visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Product, Fashion Design, and Brand Portfolio—to ensure cohesive and effective storytelling Guide and mentor an international team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence Manage external creative partners and agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality standards Drive continuous innovation in design while balancing timelines, budgets, and resources Stay current with trends in design, fashion, and branding to inform and inspire creative direction Your stroll to CYBEX: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Several years of relevant professional experience with a strong portfolio across print, digital, and spatial design Proven leadership experience in creative or design team management within international environments Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), paired with strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detail Experience working in or with editorial fashion magazines is highly desirable Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach Passionate about design as a tool for emotional connection and brand differentiation CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
