(JUNIOR) CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (M/F)D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support in the customer life cycle as well as the handling and processing of our multichannel communication with our customers
- You are the contact person for potential customers and the support touchpoint of existing customers and ensure the professional processing of orders
- You are responsible for data management and data maintenance and handle complaints management in our CRM system
- You act as an interface and work closely with the Logistics, Supply, Finance, Client Advisory and Workshop departments
YOUR PROFILE - IT'S WHAT MAKES YOU TICK THAT COUNTS
- You have successfully completed a retail apprenticeship/study and have some experience in customer service/sales/support/back office
- You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about helping customers make purchasing decisions in a confident, professional and charming manner
- You work independently, reliably and proactively and describe yourself as a real team player
- Ideally, you have already worked with a CRM system such as FreshDesk or similar tools
- You are fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
- You are enthusiastic about luxury watches and the associated customer service
