**We are seeking for**:
Join KLU's Startup
- and Innovation HUB for Green and Responsible Logistics, our platform for change-makers. Leverage KLU’s expertise and network to drive entrepreneurship education and sustainable business models. We need a dynamic individual with a co-founder mindset, passionate about innovation, logistics, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in our mission for sustainability transformation, requiring creativity, entrepreneurial flair, and commitment to positive change. The position is limited to 2 years, with the possibility of extension.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Program and Business Development: Develop impactful educational formats to support entrepreneurial ventures and forge strategic partnerships
- Community Engagement: Enhance our HUBs visibility and network at various forums, fostering a vibrant startup and innovation ecosystem.
- Project and Event Management: Lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring they align with our mission and are delivered on time and budget.

**Your qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in startups, corporate innovation, business development, project management, preferably in the field of Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
- Strong intrapersonal skills, including the ability to self-organize, deal with ambiguity, and awareness of personal strengths and weaknesses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, with experience in community building highly regarded.
