Mit unseren GUESSTIMATE LOFTYARD STUDIOS mit sieben Studio Units haben wir im Herzen Berlins ein Creative Hub geschaffen um Songwritern, Produzenten und Künstlern ideale Bedingungen für ihre kreative Arbeit zu bieten. GUESSTIMATE PUBLISHING betreut international erfolgreiche Autoren und Songwriter in allen Bereichen: Von derengen Begleitung der kreativen Entwicklung, Organisation von Writing-Camps und Plugging der Werke über die Administration von Werknutzungen und daraus entstehenden Tantiemen bis zur Kooperation mit Co
- und Subverlagen und Autoren auf der ganzen Welt.

Aufgaben
- Organisation, Koordination und Administration aller Prozesse mit dem Guesstimate-Team.
- Unterstützung der A&R.
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Internationale Writern, Producern, Managern und Verlagspartnern zum Aufbau neuer Beziehungen und Intensivierung bestehender Partnerschaften.

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein äquivalentes Studium und bringst ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick mit.
- Du bist offen und kommunikativ und sprichst und schreibst Englisch verhandlungssicher.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und als Team, bist organisiert, pünktlich, zuverlässig und pflichtbewusst.
- Kreatives Arbeiten, Organisation und Struktur schließen sich für Dich nicht aus.
- Du hast ein geschultes Ohr für Musik und ein umfangreiches Netzwerk in der internationalen Musikindustrie aufgebaut.
