Trade Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**POSM Management**
- Lead the design, production, and distribution of POSM, ensuring materials meet brand standards and are delivered on time.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials within an efficient budget.

**Marketing Initiatives Adaptation**
- Customize regional Marketing strategies to fit the German market.
- Ensure all Marketing activities are culturally relevant and compliant with local regulations.

**Digital Marketing Support**
- Monitor digital channels for engagement and performance metrics.

**Market Analysis**
- Collaborate in market research initiatives to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Event Coordination**
- Plan and execute events targeting customers and consumers to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure events align with overall business objectives.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with sales, product development, and regional marketing teams to align objectives.
- Participate in regular meetings to report on trade marketing activities and results.

**Travel**
- Frequent travel to Germany for team meetings and local testing and occasional travel within the Europe region to attend events, meet with clients, and coordinate marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5** years of experience in Trade Marketing or related roles.
- Full working proficiency in English and at least B1 level in German language.
- Strong understanding of the German market and consumer preferences.
- Experience with POSM design and production processes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
