To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as: **Mandatory Intern - Online Marketing CRM (M/F/d)** **Your responsibilities** - You assist in the optimization of our overall CRM activities - You analyze and monitor the performance of CRM activities and set up new reports - You support in the coordination between other marketing channels, art direction and content teams - You validate and optimize processes in cooperation with other teams - You have the chance to gain insights into different leading tools like Emarsys, Tableau, Dynamic Yield and Google Analytics **Your profile** - You are currently an enrolled student in business administration or a related, relevant field and must complete an internship for your studies - You feel responsible for the quality of your own work and you always try to find practical solutions - Working analytically and process-oriented with a strong attention to detail come naturally to you - You are comfortable with managing multiple campaigns and projects with creativity and organization - You are experienced with MS Excel - You have a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce - You a fluent in English (German is a plus) **What we offer you** **Your impact** - The chance to make an impact in a highly motivated team of professionals - An open-minded culture ready to incorporate new and creative ideas **Your growth** - Extensive learning opportunities from our home24 academy and external partners - Room for growth and development within your role through regular feedback rounds **Your path** - A paid mandatory internship > 5 months - Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode.
