**Mission**

As a Revenue Ops Intern in our you will support our customer success team, in their attempt to ensure a minimum time to value for customers, smooth onboarding, strong long-term relationships and successful renewals.
You'll do so by supporting our CS team with their day to day's and largely contributing to the implementation and maintenance of numerous tools for our Revenue team.

**Goals**
- Support implementation: Implement, maintain and enhance revenue tools (i.e. Planhat, Salesloft,...).
- Content Management: You ensure our content (containing technical and methodological aspects) stays up to date and is easily understood by anyone needing help.
- Support our customer base: You will be providing support to our existing customers via chat and mail. Constantly striving to enable our clients even further.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor (min. 3rd semester) or Master student in business administration or any technical or educational field.
- Fluent in English, Native knowledge of German is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Consistent track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
