As our Ops & Customer Experience Intern, you’ll help us deliver a premium experience from styling inquiries to last-minute express deliveries.You’ll work directly with the founders on building the operational engine of a luxury fashion tech platform.What you’ll do:End-to-end order and delivery coordination (try-ons, backups, express shipping)Communication with customers via WhatsApp, email & IGInventory and returns managementCustomer insights & feedback loopHelp improve and document internal processesWhat we’re looking for:Structured and solutions-driven.
