At ToolTime we rethink the tradesmen business by empowering tradespeople to run their business completely digitally and to connect with the entire industry in one central operating system. Founded 2019 in Berlin, we built up a team of +100 highly talented people. We have raised +€55 million in capital from strategic investors and see our solid financial situation as a key differentiator in the current market environment. Not only are we the leading cloud software (SaaS) for tradespeople in Germany and Austria, but we have also recently entered the UK market.
If you want to get the chance to contribute in a fast-growing start-up environment, the internship as a Founders Associate (M/F/d) at ToolTime is perfect for you By working very closely with the Founders Associate, the CEO and the management team, you will be taking on lots of responsibility for different projects and tasks from day one kickstarting your start-up career.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Owner: You will have the opportunity to take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively. While doing this, you will get the best of both worlds: responsibility and being involved in many areas and at the same time the chance to contribute with your ideas.
- Explorer: You will contribute to our growth strategy by conducting research and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Collaborator: You will work with stakeholders across departments in a collaborative, diverse and international start-up environment.
- Operator: You will actively support our Founders Associate and CEO in their day-to-day business with various operational tasks.

**Requirements**:
YOUR PROFILE
- Growth: You are motivated to be a fundamental part of our mission, work in a fast-growing environment that is no longer a small startup but has grown to substantial size.
- Drive: You impress with your highly driven ‘can do, will do’ attitude and are willing to shape the success of ToolTime.
- Curiosity: You are passionate about your work, have attention to detail and are eager to learn and develop yourself.
- Language: You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English.
- Availability: You are available for at least 6 months to ensure your personal development and to be able to take responsibility for projects and processes. You are located in Berlin for the time of the internship.
